Fabricated Steel Frame, using two steel beams and including the self locking tilting mechanism. The tilting action, through shaft and hand-wheel, is transmitted evenly through the entire length of the table.
The Head Motion of the table is provided by a totally enclosed, self lubricating, pitman assembly which applies a horizontal motion to the table. The entire inner mechanism is held together by a coil spring under compression, fully adjustable to compensate for wear of moving parts.
The Deck is built of 19mm marine ply, with 6mm wide timber riffles, all covered with 4 layers of two part polyurethane undercoat and four layers of top coat finish. This provides a light deck that will not warp and will respond quickly to the head motion of the table.
A wooden feed distribution box with hopper, and a long water addition box, are attached to the side of the deck, providing a uniform distribution to the deck.
The Launder is a fabricated item with the necessary flanges and fittings to allow collection and removal of concentrate, middlings and tailings. Rubber lined where required.
